Install firmware for Morserino-32 new

One installer for every Morserino — it recognises which one you plugged in.

What this installer does

This one page installs the firmware for the classic Morserino-32 and for the M32 Pocket — including the Pocket's Accessibility Edition, which speaks its menus aloud. You no longer have to know which page to start on: connect the device and it works out the rest.

Requirements

You need a browser that supports the Web Serial API, like current versions of Chrome, Edge, Opera or Firefox on desktop PCs, and a USB cable fit for data transfer, not just for charging.

Owners of a classic Morserino-32 (1st and 2nd edition) also need the driver for the Silicon Labs CP210x USB to serial device.

1. Connect your Morserino

After clicking Connect, a pop-up appears — select the correct USB port there.

M32 Pocket: switch it on, and make sure it has not gone to sleep — it only appears on USB while it is awake.
Classic Morserino-32 (1st / 2nd edition): on or off, either works.
Connect it to this computer with a USB data cable.
Click Connect and pick the port your Morserino is connected to from the pop-up.
